Est. 1999 Version 8
I consider my adult life to be anytime after my mission which equates to roughly the last 12 years. In this time I have often wondered how Apple computer has managed to remain a going concern, because as far as I could tell no one purchased their computers. Lately the iPod has kept the company going, but besides that product and a few Apple-happy friends and family I really have never met anyone who used an Apple computer, especially not in a business setting (except for Mir Corp). Where are all these Apple people?
I now know the answer: the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Bay Area is nuts for Apples. I see them e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. On the train, on the bus, in the airport, at my office (everyone in my office uses a mac as their personal computer except me), at the park, etc, etc. They are literally all over the place. So now I know why Apple still has a computer business.

We buy Apples. Ryan’s family has bought them since the 80’s. We had an old hand me down Mac classic when we were first married and had a series of second hand Macs after that. Now we are on our second iMac and I love it. My next Mac purchase will be a laptop of some sort. I’m sounding like one of those nerdy Apple lovers but it’s how I feel man!
