Here’s an update for Abby about Flat Stanley’s adventures in the Bay Area.

On Wednesday, Flat Stanley got the inside scoop on private Catholic secondary education when he went to work with Liz (Señora Liz).

Here is Flat Stanley posing in my parking space. Flat Stanley told me it was the most glamorous parking space he had ever laid his paper eyes on.

One of Flat Stanley’s favorite things to do at school was make copies. He says it makes him feel “professional.” But then he started to wonder where all the paper came from. I told him I wasn’t sure and I’d have to look it up. Flat Stanley hopes the paper comes from a renewable and ecologically friendly source. Flat Stanley is very environmentally conscious.

Flat Stanley really liked studying Spanish 3rd period with all these smart girls!

Almost all my students knew who Flat Stanley was and wanted to pose with him! What a ladies’ man.

At lunch Flat Stanley stayed in my room instead of going to the cafeteria so he could help the Spanish Honor Society officers make some important decisions.

Finally, after all the students went home, Flat Stanley stuck around to help Señora Liz plan her lessons for the rest of the week. You can tell this was serious work by the following action shot.

Later that night I wanted to take him to the gym, but I belong to an all girls gym so he wouldn’t have been allowed inside. Too bad Flat Stanley!
