And its cars and its parking complexes too.

I had to park on level seven (the roof) of the Bart parking complex today. This was a new experience for me as I can usually find a spot on level four quite easily. Not today. Cars were whizzing around and up and around and up level by level until we all reached the top with the momentum of a rollercoaster coming out of a triple loopty loop. By my estimation there were about twenty parking stalls remaining when I parked, and a lot more cars than that vying for them.

On to the train cars. In the five months I’ve been riding these trains I’ve never had a problem getting a seat on the car I entered or the one adjacent. Not today! I had to walk through three cars until I found a seat on the very last car of the train. Keep in mind this is nine stations from the city (35 miles) and already the train has no seats left. It’s been standing room only every station since. I have never seen Bart this crowded on a morning commute.

I think I’ll start leaving for work a little earlier.
