We’re pretty excited so many of you send us messages through the Talk To Us window on the top left corner of darinliz.com. We think it’s a cool way to stay connected, but have discovered that offline messages are delivered without your nickname. This means we get your message, but we don’t know it’s from you. Here is an example:

[22:39] darinlizmeebme985614: Hi Liz! I’m so glad I found your site. I LOVE the pictures - you two look like you’re having a great time. I’ll be in San Francisco next week and want to see you. Please give me a call…

As you can see, the program transforms the nickname to a meaningless darinlizmeebo number (in this case, darinlizmeebme985614).  To overcome this bug, simply type your name at the end of your message if we are offline. If we are online, type your name in the Nickname window and it will pass through seamlessly with your message.
