CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER: AFFINITY DEPARTMENT
The Client Services Manager position will support a three-person team that focuses on member trips for museums, alumni associations, and non-profit organizations - such as the National Geographic Expeditions, Tibet House, and the Field Museum of Chicago. The Client Services Manager is responsible for organizing and maintaining client files; insuring payments and paperwork are returned on time; checking and verifying all air and land arrangements to insure continuity and completeness; arranging and booking extensions including transfers and other in-country transportation, sightseeing, accommodations, and meals. Previous office experience with a travel company handling these types of groups is desired.
