Geographic Expeditions is seeking an experienced, energetic and bright individual with great attention to detail, strong customer service and sales skills, and experience in Africa travel and operations.

The position includes administrative duties as well as sales and operations. More specifically, responsibilities include handling sales and customer service inquiries; assisting with the day-to-day operations of trips; serving as a contact with suppliers, leaders and clients; visa processing; organizing and maintaining client files; insuring payments and paperwork are returned on time; preparation of pre & post trip documents; checking all air and land arrangements to insure continuity and completeness; arranging and booking extensions including transfers and other in-country transportation, sightseeing, accommodations, and meals. Previous experience working with an adventure travel company, sales & customer service experience in high-end luxury travel, and a working knowledge of Africa is required.
