Geographic Expeditions is seeking an experienced, energetic and bright individual with great attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a passion for travel. The International Air Specialist will be part of a five-person air department that handles all reservations and ticketing for our Geographic Expeditions clients.

This position includes a great deal of client contact. Responsibilities include blocking group air space, negotiating airline group contracts, booking reservations, managing group space, issuing contractual tickets, and handling various client requests for special services. Responsibilities will also include booking hotel and extension arrangements. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of international air reservations and ticketing experience; preferably on Galileo/Apollo. Experience with contractual and bulk air ticketing, and in managing group bookings is required. Previous employment in high-end luxury travel and a working knowledge of our destinations is desired.
