Corndogs + Avocados

I bought a universal adapter off the internet a few days ago from a company called Overseas Best Buy based in Illinois. The adapter is manufactured by a Taiwanese company called WONPRO and as is often the case with products manufactured in non-English speaking countries there are some errors with the English translation on the packaging. See if you can find them:

In all seriousness this is the best adapter I have ever encountered. As you can see from the packaging I purchased the AST-P5 which includes a universal receptacle and five interchangeable plugs which cover the UK, Japan, Taiwan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, much of the EU (not Italy), India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Thailand. More plugs are available to cover essentially any country in the world.

It is important to note this product is an adapter only - not a step-up or step-down converter. If you plugged your 120v blow dryer into this product in a country with 240v standard the dryer would work for about 30 seconds before melting into a puddle of plastic and coils.

This product was designed to work with electronic gadgets that already have voltage converters built in to the power cord such as BlackBerrys, laptop computers, portable DVD players and other similar devices.

I highly recommend this adapter kit and give it 5/5 stars. If you travel internationally for business it’s a must have, and at only US$17.99 including shipping it is an excellent buy.
